secured credit cards to ensure that the program maintains the highest ethical standards
as well as meeting bank's guidelines.
Applications cannot be marketed in any of the following ways:
- As a tie-in arrangement or in a package with a fee
- In conjunction with a "catalog credit card"
- In a benefits package"
- Through a "clearing house"
NO COLLECTING OF CONSUMER SECURITY DEPOSITS.
All consumer security deposits must be payable to Sterling Bank & Trust and mailed directly
to Sterling Bank & Trust designated mailing address. Funds can also be paid to Sterling Bank & Trust
at Western Union.
If you are using ANY public advertising
INCLUDING INTERNET (other than the affiliate website), it
MUST be approved by Credit Solutions USA.
When marketing using the Internet, SPAMMING
(sending unsolicited mass emails) is PROHIBITED. Also any
link from or to your affiliate site coming from unacceptable sites is also
PROHIBITED. Unacceptable sites include, but are not
limited to, those that:
- Promote Violence;
- Are libelous, disparaging or defamatory;
- Promote illegal activities;
- Promote discrimination based on age, disability, nationality, race, religion, sex or sexual orientation;
- Contain images that are obscene, harmful, harassing;
- Contain otherwise questionable material;
- Depict sexually explicit images;
- Promote gambling sites and casinos; and
- Incorporate materials that infringe on any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights.
